  • We provide you with a clear online booking portal. This way, you always have an eye on which apartments are available for the periods you want.
  • All apartments offered by us are attractively furnished and are technically and visually located on a modern standard in new or completely renovated properties with a pleasant tenant structure.
  • We pay attention to good locations within a maximum distance of 20 km from the workplace with a walking distance to public transport and shopping facilities.
  • The technical equipment in the bathroom and kitchen includes washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer combination and corresponding small appliances.
  • All apartments are equipped with high-speed Internet access (Wi-Fi) and smart TV. The use of all technology is immediately possible without a separate registration by the tenant.
  • The agreed rental price is an all-in price. This includes all utility charges such as heating, electricity and water, but also other incidental costs such as property tax, insurance, maintenance, waste disposal, building cleaning as well as the costs for internet and TV connection incl. GEZ fee.
